Agreement and Acceptance

Subject to these Terms of Service, CYCLOOP provides access to our email intelligence platform and API services. By using or accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys and account credentials
  • Each API key must be unique and not shared between multiple users or applications
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Service Description and License

Email Intelligence Platform

CYCLOOP provides real-time email processing and data extraction from OUR very own custom domain pool with automatic data deletion and minimal retention.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Access our API services for legitimate business purposes
  • Generate and receive emails from our domain pool
  • Extract verification codes and structured data from received emails
  • Use our WebSocket and webhook delivery systems

Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use our services for illegal activities, spam, harassment, or any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Prohibited Uses

  • Sending unsolicited emails or spam
  • Creating accounts for fraudulent services
  • Circumventing security measures or rate limits
  • Reselling or redistributing our services without permission

Security Requirements

  • Keep API keys secure and confidential
  • Report security incidents immediately
  • Use HTTPS for all API communications
  • Implement proper error handling and retry logic

Payment Terms

CYCLOOP operates on a pay-per-usage model with transparent pricing:

Billing: Pay only for emails processed and delivered
Currency: All payments in USD
Refunds: No refunds for consumed services
Account Balance: Prepaid credit system
Overages: Service suspension if balance reaches zero

Data Protection and Privacy

Privacy-First Architecture

Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. We maintain 30-minute TTL for email ownership tracking and automatic deletion of processed emails.

  • You retain ownership of any data you provide to our services
  • We process emails in real-time with immediate deletion
  • No persistent storage of email content or personal data
  • Full GDPR compliance with automatic data purging

Service Availability and Support

Service Level

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service:

  • Services provided “as is” without warranties
  • Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions
  • Email delivery depends on third-party email providers
  • Rate limits apply to prevent abuse and ensure fair usage

Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the last 6 months
  • You are responsible for implementing appropriate backup and security measures
  • We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions

Termination

By You

  • Stop using the services at any time
  • Contact support to close your account
  • Remaining account balance is non-refundable

By CYCLOOP

  • Immediate termination for terms violations
  • 30 days notice for service discontinuation
  • Suspension for non-payment or abuse
